We are looking for someone with AD-TECH / Mobile Gaming experience!
As an Account Manager for the CrossInstall DSP team, you will be the main point of contact for advertisers utilizing the program. If you love playing games and giving your clients top notch customer service, then this is the perfect role for you!
What you’ll do:
Establish and maintain strong client relationships with our roster of advertisers through regular close contact, which will include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone and email communication
Maximize account growth opportunities by playing an active role to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Serve as the Real-time Bidding (RTB) expert externally, understanding the mobile ad ecosystem and ensuring information is clearly relayed to existing clients
Collaborate with the Sales, Ad Ops, Analysts and Engineering teams to ensure partnership integrations are planned properly and completed on time
Become an expert on CrossInstall's strengths and capabilities and identify areas of improvements in efficiency and process to further drive quicker resolution of client requests
Manage the on-going programmatic issues that arise for advertisers and work with different departments to deliver resolution
Communicate new product features to clients to drive continued product adoption
Be the liaison between internal product team and external clients to recommend new product features results.
What we are looking for:
1-2 years of experience in a client facing, account management role
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Bachelors Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or similar
Experience with iOS and Android devices and OS versions
Detail and task oriented, methodical and focused
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced hands on, start up environment
Self-motivated go-getter with a positive and professional attitude
Naturally curious and a problem solver, with a creative approach
